When REM started the machine woke me up. I had a recorder next to my bed to record my dreams. The first night I tried I thought it did not work at all since I woke up in the morning and had no dream recorded. But to my suprise there seeme to be something on tape. I played it and listend to 5 seperate dreams from which I could not remember anything nor recording them. a machine that helped me was the Lucid Dreamer from Stephen LaBerge.
